I am passionate about honoring the body's ability to heal itself. I am a licensed naturopathic doctor, but am only a guide back to yourself and your intuition. I enjoy coaching on how to listen to what your body needs, and what it's trying to tell you. I believe in the importance of establishing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual balance in your life to achieve true health, in addition to the importance of finding joy. To do this, I am trained in utilizing alternative, functional, and holistic ways of thinking to work through your health troubles.
